The ASA connecting corner profile in white is used to connect panels with a material thickness of one to three millimetres at right angles to each other, creating clean and stable corners. The profiles are ideal for creating precise building models with clean corner joints.

You can easily cut the profile to the desired dimensions using a PUK saw, a model-making circular saw or a cutter. For a stable connection, we recommend using Ruderer L 530 or dichloromethane (solvent). The accurately cut parts are fixed in place with adhesive tape if necessary, then the solvent is applied to the joint with a brush. It immediately creeps into the joint due to the capillary effect, dissolves the plastic and the parts are firmly bonded together after a short drying time.

ASA is similar in appearance to polystyrene, but is characterized by higher impact resistance and elasticity. ASA is also resistant to water, oil, petrol and UV rays, which ensures long-term dimensional and color stability.
