The special thing about this mirror adhesive tape is that both sides, including the adhesive underside, have the high-gloss mirror effect and the same color as the front. This is not the case with most metallic and mirror adhesive tapes. This property makes the tape particularly suitable for use on shop windows or other transparent surfaces.

As the tape is impermeable to water vapor, it should not be applied when damp, otherwise bubbles may remain permanently under the tape. It should be applied at a temperature of at least 15 °C and reaches its maximum adhesive strength after about 1 week. The tape can be used outdoors for up to 2 years when applied vertically in a normal Central European climate, although extreme weather conditions can reduce its durability. The adhesive tape should not be applied to outgassing surfaces, such as non-tempered acrylic glass.
