Cotton Kalmuck uni is a high-quality, extremely dense and heavy cotton fabric with a basis weight of 400 g/m². The twill weave gives the fabric a diagonal structure that ensures high stability and durability. The fabric is also napped on both sides, which gives it a soft, fluffy surface and excellent insulating properties.

Thanks to these special properties, Kalmuck is ideal for soundproofing, thermal insulation, stage and theater applications and hard-wearing textiles. The double-sided roughening makes the fabric particularly absorbent and warming, which is why it is also used as a molleton alternative, for curtains, upholstery underlays or as a high-quality protective fabric for sensitive surfaces.

With a width of 1.6 m, the Kalmuck fabric offers plenty of scope for large-scale projects and can be cut to size. The raw white color allows for further finishing by dyeing, printing or painting.
