The base plates of the roll cutting machines consist of blue painted sheet steel, which is enclosed on both sides in plastic holders. A chrome-plated round steel or steel tube is attached to these brackets, on which the round blade covered with a plastic cap is guided. When cutting, the rotating roller blade on the lower blade sharpens itself and pushes the transparent pressure bar downwards (with automatic pressure).

The slitter rewinders are primarily suitable for cutting a few sheets of paper, foil or cardboard. With the alternative lever cutting machines from Dahle, cardboard and thicker materials can also be precisely cut to size. The contact edges of the machines are not guided under the pressure beams. To cut parts with an edge length of less than 6 cm exactly, we recommend our wide range of cutters, cutting mats and cutting rulers.
