Like its analog counterpart, the electronic digital caliper measures material thicknesses, external and internal diameters or bore depths. Its main advantage is that the measurement result is easier to read and saves time if you have to measure a lot and precisely. Instead of deciphering the measured values on a tiny millimeter scale, you simply read the result as a number on the display. The free choice of the zero point on the scale is practical - this makes it easier for you to measure drilling distances, for example.

We recommend replacing the battery immediately after purchase with the battery supplied in the package. In general, display problems can occur if the batteries are too weak.

If you frequently work in environments where the caliper is exposed to a lot of dust, water or oil, the analog pocket caliper might be the better choice for you.
