The 3.8 mm thick leads of the pencils offer a soft, lightfast stroke and bright color power. Their color application can be painted finely with water or over a wide area. As with classic watercolors, it can also be dissolved completely.

If you enjoy wielding a brush, we recommend a watercolor block with glued sides. If you don't want to watercolor your drawing, it's also possible to use smoother, colored and black papers as a base.
