The Pitt Monochrome Set from Faber-Castell gives your drawings vitality and dynamism. The color combination of black, white, red chalk and sepia harks back to the figurative drawing of the Renaissance.

The crayons included in the set are harder than comparable products, so that clear lines are still visible even after smudging. Their square shape allows you to draw fine strokes and flat areas on paper.

For contours and details, you can choose between the smudge-proof and waterproof Pitt Oil Base pencils and the smudge-proof Pitt pastel pencils. A Faber-Castell 9000 in hardness grade 2B is a convincing basis for drafts, sketches and portraits. You can also use it for writing and technical drawing. It offers you an even, black graphite abrasion. To represent different textures, a Pitt charcoal pencil medium is included. Its charcoal is made of charred willow twigs. Its abrasion has a grayish shimmer and is easily smudged.

The Pitt Graphite Pure 6B allows you to work cleanly because its lead is coated with plastic. You can vary its tonal values and contrasts via the pressure exerted while drawing. The set is completed with the practical kneading eraser. You can use it to correct and brighten your charcoal and pastel works. It is also suitable for cleaning transparencies and final artwork.
