For professionals and beginners: In the 33-piece Pitt Monochrome Set you will find a large selection of graphite, charcoal, artist pencils and crayons in black, white, reddish and sepia shades. These so-called "monochrome" colors have a long tradition, especially in nude drawing. They offer you the possibility to make your drawings even more expressive than pure pencil work.
The artist's crayons are somewhat harder than usual pastel crayons, so that drawn lines do not dissolve completely when blurred and contours are better preserved when drawing figures. The non-greasy and greasy crayons in different shades of red and sepia are suitable for working out details. The watercolor brush complements the watercolor pencil Graphite Aquarelle. You can achieve particularly vivid drawings on pastel papers in various shades of color, e.g. in the Hahnemühle pastel coloring block Ingres colored.
By the way, we also carry many of the drawing materials from the set separately, e.g. the Faber-Castell artist pencils Pitt Monochrome. You can find a smaller Pitt Monochrome set here: Faber-Castell artist pen Pitt Monochrome, Set, 12 pieces.
Good to know: Faber-Castell uses 100% wood from sustainable forestry for its wood-cased pencils, more than 95% of which are FSC-certified.
