Motus Floor 1 floor lamp is the ideal choice to illuminate waiting areas, reading corners or a cozy reception area. The light and organic-looking design is composed of a stable base, a fixed luminaire arm and a bowl-shaped luminaire head. A joint provides flexible movement. It is placed between the head and the arm of the floor lamp and allows you to place the lighting with pinpoint accuracy.

As with all designs in the series, designers Andreas Murray and Hans Bleken Rud were inspired by human movement sequences and movement categories of aerodynamics. Accordingly, the Motus Floor 1 floor lamp can roll, pitch and yaw: For the best possible alignment of the lamp head, you can rotate it around a horizontal axis. It can move up and down as well as perform a horizontal sideways movement.

The floor lamp has a dim-to-warm function. If you dim the lighting, the light color automatically becomes warmer. Depending on the situation, you can choose a color temperature between 4000 and 2700 Kelvin.

Made of powder-coated aluminum, the stylish Motus Floor 1 can illuminate both your work and living areas longer than you are present. The design is equipped with a convenient shut-off function. It automatically extinguishes the light after nine hours. Alternatively, you can program the timer so that the light turns off after four hours.

The Motus Floor 1 is available in the classic colors black and white. If you like it more colorful, you can also choose between four other colors of the Luxo Color Concept of the Nordic Collection.
