In order to reuse previously used screens in screen printing, there's decoater. With decoater, you can wash out the old photo emulsion from your screen frame. Simply apply to the screen, leave for a short time, and rinse with water. So screen printing frames can be re-coated after use and exposed with a new design. Even if it the exposure of the subject didn't work out well, you can simply wash the emulsion out of the screen with this solution.

The decoater is already mixed and ready for use. For decoating, it's best to use a bath in which the screen can be placed. The decoating liquid can be stored but should remain covered. Please note that gloves must be worn during processing! The product does not require special labeling, WGK:1.

Instructions for use: Apply the decoating agent to the coated screen using the decoating sponge. Let the decoater work for 1-2 minutes, but never let it dry on the screen. Then, you can once again rub the emulsion onto the screen with the decoating sponge. Next, please wash the dissolved emulsion entirely from the screen with water.
