Colored latex film is an extremely stretchable material. This film is ideal for creative projects where flexibility and color selection are key. The colored latex film is easy to cut with a rolling knife. By guiding the knife on a cutting mat, you can achieve clean and even cuts without stretching or distorting the material. Latex adhesive is recommended for a permanent bond of the film, as it maintains the elasticity of the material. Alternatively, you can join the film by vulcanization (like patching a bicycle inner tube).
You can use colored latex film for decorations, costumes or art installations. It is also popular for props and stage construction. It is made of natural rubber and is generally harmless. However, people with latex allergies should avoid direct contact and wear gloves when working with it.
