The Leuchtturm twist action pencil combines classic elegance with modern functionality and mechanics. It will quickly become your constant companion for writing and sketching. The body of the twist-action pencil is made of aluminum and ends in a steel tip that holds the 0.7 mm thick lead. The twist mechanism is particularly practical and ensures that the refill is always firmly in place and can be easily replaced if necessary: When the twist mechanism is pressed, the pliers open at the tip and the refill is pushed forward at the same time. When the rotary head is released again, the pliers close and hold the lead in place. There is also a reservoir inside the twist-action pencil that holds several leads and pushes the next one in as soon as it is used up, making it easy to maintain a continuous flow of work.
