Marabu Alcohol Ink offers artists and creatives a wide range of possibilities to create impressive Fluid Art artworks with vibrant colors and unique effects. The permanent ink is alcohol-based and has been specially developed for versatile flow techniques and creative designs. The bright, brilliant colors are intermixable, quick-drying and acid-free.
You can choose from 13 bright, brilliant shades, 3 shimmering metallic shades, 4 fluorescent neon shades with a daylight effect and a "diamond" effect shade, which gives all Alcohol Ink shades a sparkling shimmer. Most shades are transparent, but metallic shades and the "Diamond" shade have a higher opacity. The "Alcohol Ink Extender" additive is also available. It is used to mix, lighten and remove Alcohol Ink shades and also delays drying. The consistency of the inks is watery-liquid, which results in excellent flow properties and makes them ideal for various fluid art techniques. Thanks to the alcohol base, Marabu Alcohol Ink is quick-drying, which enables fast work and quick results.
Application instructions:
- Preparation: Cover work surface and clothing, wear disposable gloves and ensure adequate ventilation.
- Application: Shake Alcohol Ink Metallic shades and the "Diamond" shade well before use until the pigments are evenly distributed.
- Reactivation: Dried colors can be reactivated at any time using alcohol to achieve further effects.
