The Marabu transparent varnish in a colorless version is a high-quality solvent-based synthetic resin varnish that serves as a transparent protective film for a variety of materials. It is ideal for hobby, leisure and arts and crafts applications to protect surfaces from external influences and give them a matt or glossy finish.

The varnish can be used on dry, dust- and grease-free surfaces such as cardboard, card, wood, stone, metal, clay and various natural materials. It dries crystal clear and forms a water- and weather-resistant coating. By applying the glossy varnish twice, you can achieve a film-like high gloss.

Marabu transparent varnish contains solvents and is therefore flammable. We recommend that you only work with it in well-ventilated areas and take suitable protective measures. The varnish must not get into the hands of children.
