Metal shavings

The metal shavings are shimmering flakes obtained from copper and aluminum sheets. They give your artwork an impressive metallic effect and are ideal for various surfaces such as canvas, wood, clay or paper. Ideally, they should be applied with a gilding paste, which serves as an adhesive base. After applying the paste and a short drying time, the metal flakes are carefully applied with a soft brush and fixed in place. To protect the flakes from oxidation and ensure the longevity of your artwork, it is advisable to apply a protective varnish at the end.
