Model Vehicles

Model vehicles not only add life to a model but play an important role in that they supply a comparative sense of scale.

Trucks, articulated lorries and fork lifts present a bit of a challenge for model makers because they come as assembly kits consisting of a handful of separate pieces which must be put together with the help of plastic glues or solvents. Ordering individual examples of a particular type or model of car in scales of 1:200 or 1:500 is unfortunately not possible.

The autos are laser-cut out of acrylic glass sheets just like the Acrylic Silhouette Figures. The thickness of the sheet, then, determines the width of the auto.
