With us you will find the right material for your project. And not only that: We process and refine your desired material according to your ideas. Whether cutting, drilling or bending: We bring your material into shape.
However, there is one important information or small restriction: we do not process any third-party materials, i.e. materials that you have not purchased from us, and we do not process any materials that have been previously processed or modified in any way.
Have exclusive customization in the store
You can get blanks of paper, cardboard and carton as well as rods and tubes in the store. Drilling and bending are also services offered by our store. If you need a picture frame or a passe-partout made to measure, our frame workshop will be happy to help you.

Cutting wood and plastic panels
Available online and in store
Acrylic glass, PVC rigid foam sheets (Forex), Dibond, Kapa, plywood sheets, MDF, etc. are cut by us to your desired size - even in small quantities. We offer this service online and in the Berlin store.
We are currently working on the possibility of ordering cut-to-size wooden panels online. This service is not yet available.

Cutting prices wood and plastic panels
The cutting price is composed of:
- the material price
- a one-time basic flat rate of 5,90 € per order with included cuttings
- a flat rate of 0,50 € per cut piece.

Online vs. in-store
When ordering online, you will receive the cut material without the material scraps. You will only be charged for the cut area.
In the Berlin store you can choose between two categories of cuts:
Cat. 1: "Cut without remnants" (article with shown m² price).
The material price is only based on the area of your cut in m², remnants are not charged and are not included.
Cat. 2: "Entire slab removal" (article with stated unit price)
In this case your costs consist of the unit price of the article and the cutting costs. You will then receive the cut and material remnants.
Type of cutting
Our cutting is made in rectangular shapes.
The minimum cutting dimensions are:
- 100 x 100 mm (exception: the first dimension can be reduced to 50 mm if the second is at least 500 mm).
When specifying the dimensions, pay attention to the grain/structure gradient. This is parallel to the first dimension.
Please note that the sawing loss per cut (due to the width of the saw blade) is approx. 3.5 mm.
You can add specific wishes or comments to your cutting order in the comment field in the order step "Confirm order".
Cutting tolerances
The standard dimensional accuracy is ± 1 mm. The perpendicularity is ± 1 mm/m. Squareness and dimensional accuracy errors can be additive.

Sheet metal cutting
Available online and in store
We cut all steel, copper, brass and aluminum sheets, as well as perforated and textured sheets, to your desired size - even in small quantities. We offer this service online and in our Berlin store.

- In the Berlin store, we can usually offer metal cuts as immediate cuts. For large or complicated orders we may need more time. In such cases we will give you the fastest possible date when you place your order.

We cut rectangular shapes as standard. Unfortunately, we cannot offer cutting of round plates.
Perforated plates are usually delivered with industrial edge. This means that the 1000 x 2000 mm sheets have an approx. 10 mm wide, closed or partially closed edge. Without further information from you, the edges of perforated sheet blanks can be closed or perforated, depending on whether your blank was made from an edge piece or not. However, you can order the perforated sheet with a perforated edge on all sides (this reduces the maximum available sheet size by up to 20 mm!) or a specific side with an industrial edge. Since we have to perform trimming cuts in both cases, a one-time trimming fee of € 2.50 will be charged in addition to the cutting costs. We currently only offer this service on site in our Berlin store.
When ordering structured materials (e.g. brushed stainless steel), the structure will be parallel to the first mentioned dimension.

The cutting price consists of:
- the material price
- a one-time basic flat rate of 5.90 € per order with included blanks (no additional costs are incurred for several materials in one order)
- a flat rate of 0,50 € per cut piece or according to time
For large quantities we ask for your inquiry. You will then receive the cut and, if desired, the material remnants.

Cutting prices for bars and tubes
The cut-to-size price (except for steel tubes) is composed of:
- the material price
- a one-time basic flat rate of 5.90 € per order with included cuttings (there are no additional costs for several materials in one order)
- a flat-rate cutting charge of 0.50 € per piece cut to size.
Cut prices for steel tubes
The cut price consists of:
- the material price
- a one-time basic flat rate of 5.90 € per order with included blanks
- a flat-rate cutting charge of 3.50 € per piece cut to size
- from ten blanks: 2,50 € per cut piece
Your costs consist of the unit price of the article and the costs for cutting. If you wish, you will also receive the material remnants together with your cut.
Type of cut
The minimum cutting dimension is 100 mm length of the sections.
Please note that we offer only right-angled cuts, i.e. no miter cuts either.

Drilling
Available in store
We offer drilling exclusively in the store and not online. We are happy to drill holes in your Dibond, Forex and acrylic plates. If necessary, all other materials in our range can also be drilled so that you can hang, fix or connect them.
Screwing is the most stable way of wall mounting for displays, photos and signs, provided dowelling is allowed (if not, you should take a closer look at our mirror and mounting tapes). By the way, we also offer a range of practical Fisso wall mounts.
Order drilling in the store
- Contact our service team on the first floor, get advice or order your desired drilling directly. We need the following information from you:
- All relevant dimensions in mm - preferably in the form of a sketch
- Distance from the edge of the plate to the center of the hole in mm. Please note a minimum distance to the edge - this should be at least 10 mm, depending on the drill diameter.
- If you want to fasten your drilled material with screws, it is advisable to choose the drill holes slightly larger to have some leeway when screwing.
Prices drilling
The price for drilling depends on the working time. A quarter of an hour is taken as a basis, which we charge at 15.00 €.
For an exact cost estimate, our team will be happy to advise you on site.
Tolerances
Please allow a tolerance of ±1 mm for each hole. Please note that acrylic glass quality GS can be processed better than quality XT. You can find more details about this in the respective product descriptions.

Bending
Available in store
We only offer bending in our store and not online. We are happy to shape sheets from our range according to your dimensions, so that they can be used, for example, as a display, cover, reinforcement or for the presentation of goods in conjunction with perforated hooks. For example, you can have us cut a sheet to size and then bend it once or several times. This applies to sheets made of steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum or copper. Perforated and textured sheets are also explicitly mentioned here.
Due to the design of a swivel bending machine, which we use for bending, certain shapes can be produced, for example equal- and unequal-sided L- and U-shapes. The example sketches, which you can download below, illustrate what can be realized. However, you are also welcome to contact us directly in the store.
Order bending in the store
- Contact our service team on the first floor, get advice or order your desired bending directly. We need the following information from you:
- Material side, i.e. outside and inside (e.g. for stainless steel brushed on one side: Should the sheet metal be edged with a structured outside or inside? Please also pay attention to the direction of the structure).
- For sheets with protective film on one side: Should the better-protected side be edged on the outside or inside?
- The bending angle
- Due to the tolerance in bending and bending sharpness: Which dimension has the higher relevance?
- All relevant dimensions in millimeters (mm) - preferably in the form of a sketch (we have linked an example sketch below). Please clarify: Are the dimensions given external or internal dimensions?
Prices bending
- Per bending: 3,50 €
- From ten bendings: 2,50 € per bending

±1 mm for the specified leg dimensions
Type of bending
- Maximum length: 2000 mm
- Maximum thickness s = 1 mm, for aluminum s = 2 mm
- Maximum angle: 135° (external angle, corresponding to 45° internal), tolerance: ± 1°.
- Minimum dimension of the leg width: 15 mm
Depending on the material and material thickness, the sharpness of the bends varies. With thicker materials, the bends naturally become somewhat rounder.
