The core of the Modulor table top, basic consists of a certified and pollutant-free chipboard, which is coated with a white synthetic resin, the so-called melamine resin, and has a two millimeter thick, white ABS edge all around. The surface of the table top is finely beaded and therefore meets the highest demands for a modern and contemporary appearance. As the chipboard is processed into the finished table top directly after production and in the same factory, there is no need to transport it to a joinery. This is also the reason why we can realize a very attractive sales price, but only standard table top formats.

The finely pearled surface structure of the Modulor table top, basic differs in detail from the handmade paper-like surface of the Modulor melamine table top. If you would like to combine the two qualities, please ask for our table top samples and compare the textures and color values.

The Modulor table top, basic with its thickness of 25 mm is suitable for all tables, especially larger ones. It can be used self-supporting on the E2 table frame and can easily withstand medium to heavy loads on the Y table frame or the M table frame with supporting frames. We also offer the melamine table top, basic in the dimensions 68 x 120 cm to match our children's table frames.
