The company Molotow has developed a series of black markers under the name "Masterpiece" that are mainly distinguished by somewhat larger application tips and strong black colours reminiscent of a blackjack. The series is further divided into the COVERSALL and the SPEEDFLOW versions: the former is very viscous, pitch black ink that can build layers while the latter is a lighter weight, quick-flowing copper-black ink that is particularly suited to fast work on larger areas. The line width of the Speedflow version is smaller than the Coversall, whose true black ink tends to dry more slowly. Both versions are highly opaque (great coverage), high-gloss and can, in conjunction with the GRAFX BLENDER, be sculpted and brightened. They both can be used indoors and outdoors. All empty markers and tips can be used in combination with the Masterpiece series inks. The positive attributes of Coversall and Speedflow can be combined by mixing the two together in a ratio of 1:1.
