The Montana Effect Spray Marble gives an authentic marble look to a wide variety of surfaces in an instant. You can embellish not only paper, cardboard, primed canvases, wood, glass and metal. The paint is also suitable for ceramics, porcelain and numerous other materials. Simply test on a non-visible area whether your substrate and the effect spray are compatible.
The effect spray does not cover the surface completely. It remains partially visible. To ensure that the fine, colored paint threads create a deceptively real marble effect, we recommend proceeding as follows: Shake the spray can well for 2 to 3 minutes before use. Apply the spray with the wrist bent from left to right in a crisscrossing motion. The more distance you keep from the object you want to create, the more natural the result will be. To achieve cobweb effects, you can reduce the distance and spray horizontally and vertically. The nozzle of the calligraphy sprayer is adjustable. We recommend that you just experiment a bit before you set out on a particular project.
Montana Effect Spray Marble should be applied at a temperature of about 10 to 25 °C and a humidity of no more than 60%. It is highly opaque and dust-dry after only 10 minutes. After about 60 minutes, you can touch it without any problems. The complete hardening takes about 24 hours. You can then finish your marble project with nitro, acrylic or synthetic varnishes.
