The washi tape sets "Supergraphics" were designed and produced on the occasion of the Washi Berlin Festival. They are the result of a collaboration between the University of the Arts (Gabi Schillig), Iyamadesign inc. Tokyo and mt masking tape. The tapes in the set are all wound on the same long core. The widths and lengths of the individual tapes vary. The exact composition of the individual sets is described below. In any case, the price-performance ratio is very attractive. You won't find this much washi tape at this price in any other set.

As special as these sets are designed, the quality of the adhesive tapes is no different from other MT washi tapes: easy to tear and cut, easy to stick and easy to remove. As usual, they are easy to work with, but in uniquely designed sets and only for a short time. So it pays to be quick, because when they're gone, they're gone.

Incidentally, the term "supergraphics" comes from an architectural and design movement of the 1960s and 1970s and refers to a special type of visual design in which large-format, often geometric or typographic graphics were used in architecture and interiors. The aim was to use colors, patterns and typography to make static spaces more dynamic and to change the perception of architecture. The term "Supergraphics" was first used by the American architectural historian C. Ray Smith. Supergraphics influenced not only architecture and interior design, but also fashion, product and graphic design. Today, the principles of Supergraphics can be found in many areas of urban art & design, corporate design and retail design.
