A clear lacquer is used to seal the (painted) surface underneath. The main purpose of the sealant is to protect and, if necessary, to give the surface an even glossy or matt appearance. In terms of protection, two-component systems are clearly superior to single-component systems. They produce much harder surfaces that are also much more chemically resistant.
The MTN Pro 2K polyurethane spray is precisely this sealing clear coat. The cured surface is resistant to petrol and chemicals and extremely hard. The transparent protective layer does not yellow even under UV light and is permanently water and weather resistant. You can therefore create very durable surfaces with this spray paint. The spray levels out small surface defects and, depending on the selected quality (glossy or matt), creates homogeneously glossy or evenly matt surfaces.
