We ship your order in standard and express shipping throughout Germany with our logistics partner DPD. In Berlin and the surrounding area you can also receive your delivery by courier. Particularly large or heavy items are marked in the store as shipping items. These will be delivered to you by truck. Upon request, we will also gladly provide your order for you in the store Berlin for on-site pickup.
CO2 neutral shipping
Our partner for CO2-neutral standard and express shipping is DPD. Since 2012, DPD has been measuring the exact carbon footprint per parcel using externally certified methods. By 2025, DPD will reduce emissions by up to 30%. The remaining emissions will be offset by clean energy projects around the world.

Express surcharge
If you order before 12 noon and your order does not contain more than 10 items, we will process it on the same day. Delivery is usually the next day and in some cases the day after next. The express surcharge for this is for deliveries

Delivery of shipping items
The forwarder of your goods will contact you by email or SMS so that you can choose a delivery window that fits well. If you do not respond to the email/SMS within 24 hours, our carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date with you.
Your order will be delivered to the curb. We use packing materials and pallets to ensure that the goods are delivered intact. These materials remain with you and cannot be returned by our carriers.
Note: Cut-to-size items are free in width and length and can become forwarding items if at least one of the following criteria is met:
- Length x width > 1200 mm x 800 mm
- Länge + 2x Breite + 2x Höhe >= 3000 mm
Cut-to-size items are marked with a circular saw symbol in the webshop. You can also have blanks made in our configurators.
Furniture assembly service
Our furniture assembly service is available for you all over Germany and includes the carrying up, the assembly and the installation of your new furniture as well as the disposal of the packaging. Contact our team for professionals for more information and your individual offer.

Two courier options
For deliveries within Berlin we offer you two different courier options. They are tailored to how quickly or relaxed your order can arrive at your door.
Both courier options will of course deliver your goods to your doorstep. In the case of very large deliveries, it may happen that the courier needs your help to carry the goods upstairs. We thank you in advance for your support.
For an undamaged delivery of large or heavy goods we use appropriate packaging materials. These materials remain with you and cannot be returned by our courier service provider.
Flex courier
You should choose our Flex courier if you want to receive your order in a desired time window. For goods that can be delivered immediately, you have the option during the ordering process to choose a two-hour time window - often even for the next day.
The delivery takes place from Monday to Friday.
For Flex courier deliveries within Berlin we charge the following shipping costs:
- 49,00 € up to a value of goods 999,99 €
- 69,00 € from a goods value of 1000 €
Courier
Our second courier option is not in as much of a hurry as its flexible partner and instead scores with attractive conditions. The delivery time results from the bundling of several orders and is 2-7 working days for goods that can be delivered quickly.
Bundling results in the elimination of avoidable courier trips. Really good, isn't it? After the order, we will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate the exact delivery day and time window (3-4 hours) with you.
The delivery takes place from Monday to Friday.
For courier deliveries within Berlin we charge the following shipping costs:
- 34,90 € up to a goods value of 999,99 €
- 54,90 € from a goods value of 1000 €
Shipping within the EU
Standard shipping
For standard deliveries within the European Union, we charge the VAT of the destination country, unless a valid VAT ID number is stated in the order.
The exact shipping costs (incl. packaging) per package for standard deliveries to EU countries can be found in the following table. Deliveries to Switzerland as well as Norway and Liechtenstein are charged at net prices.
If you cannot select the country of your delivery address in the checkout, it is outside our delivery area. In this case, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer. Please contact our team for professionals.

In the order process you can choose if you want to pick up your order. You can find out exactly when your goods will be ready for collection in the checkout. Because only a certain number of pickup slots are available per day, it may take a few days until you can pick up your goods. Please wait for the email with the exact time before you go. After that you have 7 days to pick up your ordered items (Mon - Sat, 10 am - 4 pm).
In case of higher order volume, delays may occur. Please understand that in such cases the pick-up date will be postponed. Appointments are made on a first come, first served basis.

For some, comparatively inexpensive items, you only have the option of ordering a certain minimum quantity in our store and not, for example, only one or two pieces. This minimum order quantity is a compromise between customer needs and economic factors.
Basically, we would like to continue to offer you these products both online and at attractive prices. However, as you may know, we have been running our logistics in-house since the inception of our online store. We are quite proud of that. This means that we once again take care to secure the jobs of our colleagues as well as to ensure the economic viability of shipping such items. At the moment, this is guaranteed by the introduction of minimum order quantities for a selection of items. And in the store? If you are (currently) in Berlin, we recommend a visit to our store. There you are free to choose the quantity, at least in most cases.
FAQ Delivery & Shipping costs
Orders amounting to 79€ or more are free of transportation charges within Germany.
You can find information about the delivery times for each item on its product page. In principle, shipping takes place from Monday to Saturday.
Standard shipping includes shipping products that do not exceed certain dimensions. This is a parcel shipment.
If certain dimensions are exceeded, the corresponding products will be delivered to you by freight forwarding and thus usually on a pallet.
The costs and the way of anlization of standard and forwarding articles differ. Depending on the country of delivery, we have listed them in the shipping section.
We offer courier deliveries for deliveries in Berlin. Strictly speaking, you can choose between two different courier options.
When choosing the Flex courier, you have the option during the order to choose a desired date for your delivery. If you cannot decide on a delivery date at this point, our courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date with you.

We ship 100% climate-neutral with our shipping partner DPD. Delivery to a DHL packing station or another packing station is therefore not possible.
As soon as your order leaves our shipping department you will receive an E-mail. Our logistics partners will send you a separate email that contains your tracking number. Our forwarding company will call you to arrange a time frame for the delivery.
We ship your order with our logistics partners DPD or FedEx and in Berlin also by courier. Particularly large or heavy items are marked in the store as shipping items and will be delivered to you by truck. If you wish, we can also deliver your order to the Berlin store for on-site pickup.
If you have ordered by prepayment or on Modulor invoice, you can change your delivery address after the order. Please contact our customer service. If you have paid by Paypal or Unzer, a change of the delivery address after your order is unfortunately no longer possible.
Our furniture assembly service is available for you throughout Germany. It includes the carrying up, the assembly and the installation of your new furniture as well as the disposal of the packaging. If you would like to book our assembly service, please contact our Pro team, who will be able to provide you with further information on prices etc. The delivery time of your furniture will be extended by 5-10 days including the assembly service. Because we work with a logistics partner, he will contact you directly after your order and coordinate the delivery date with you.
