With a plottiX PremiumFlex thermal transfer ribbon set, you can customize shirts, hoodies and other items to your liking. You have the option of choosing between different colors. All variants are thin and elastic, making them ideal for designing complex motifs. The surface of the OEKO-TEX certified films is soft.

If you are processing the 20 x 30 cm sheets with a Silhouette cutting plotter, select blade setting 2 and contact pressure 4. Check in a preliminary test whether you can achieve the desired result with these values. A blunter blade, for example, requires a higher contact pressure.

Transferring the film

To transfer the film, you can use a classic iron and a flat, hard surface or a transfer press. Preheat the device of your choice to 150 °C and iron your textile for around 5 seconds. You can then place your cut-out motif. Cover it with baking paper and press it on. The pressing time should be around 12 seconds.

You can wash your decorated garment or accessory inside out at up to 60 °C. Set the temperature as low as possible.
