Cutting to size
Whether panels, wood, plastics, sheets, tubes or paper – we will gladly cut every material in our assortment right in the store. Millimeter precision. And without a long wait.
You only pay for the material that you actually take home. If you want, you can leave the rest with us.

You want to cut paper, cardboard or paperboard to size? A guillotine shears with a 1000 mm opening is located near the checkout area and available for use free of charge.

Is the store accessible to people with disabilities?
Our store is completely accessible. Unfortunately the Moritzplatz subway station can only be reached by stairs.
Is there customer parking?
We unfortunately do not have our own parking spaces. “Handicapped parking” is available close to the building for customers with disabilities.
Can articles be reserved?
Unfortunately, articles in the store cannot be reserved. But how about ordering your items for pickup in the store? This saves time and has the great side effect to browse for news in our shop afterwards.
Can I return purchased articles in the store?
Within 30 days we take back your items purchased in the store upon presentation of the receipt, provided they are complete, intact and in their original packaging. Please contact our helpful team at the service counter directly in the entrance area. A return of your items purchased in the store is unfortunately not possible.
The return of items that you have ordered online can be done via shipping. You can find all information about this in the help area under return. You can also return your online purchased items in the store as described above.
Whether you return items purchased in-store or online, you will be refunded using the same payment method as you used to purchase or order the item. If you return items purchased online in the store, a cash refund is unfortunately not possible.
Excluded from the right of return are cut-to-size, cut-off and roll goods, as well as items otherwise individually manufactured for you, newspapers, magazines, illustrated magazines and purchase vouchers.
Can my purchases be delivered to my home?
Yes, you can arrange for courier delivery service in the store. Your order will then be delivered to the address you give us as long as it is within Berlin. This service is available Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The cost of this service will depend on the size of your order.
What payment methods are accepted in the store?
You can pay with cash, with an EC card with a Pin or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard or American Express).
Can I buy a Modulor gift card?
You are welcome to purchase store vouchers for redemption in the store or online vouchers for redemption in our online shop. We are already working on being able to offer our vouchers for redemption both online and in-store soon. The voucher values are 10€, 20€, 50€ or 100€ respectively.
Is there a student discount?
As a student you get a 5% discount on your purchases at the Modulor store by presenting your current student ID card. You receive the discount on all eligible items. To check if items are eligible for discount, you can check with the cashier counter or information desk in the shop.
Can I buy bulk quantities?
We will be glad to make you an individual offer if you are interested in buying large amounts of one or more articles in our assortment.
What amounts qualify for a discount?
In general we cannot name a specific amount. Our item and package prices are calculated on a single item basis. Please contact us if you are interested in larger amounts and we will certainly accommodate you.
Can I get samples of the materials in Modulor´s assortment?
Samples for many materials are indeed available. Please talk to a staff member when visiting our store. Many materials are already collected into the Modulor sample box.
Are dogs allowed in the store?
You can bring your dog along while shopping. Please keep it on a short leash and be considerate of others and our assortment.
Is there a diaper-changing table?
There is a diaper-changing table near the customer restrooms on the ground floor. Please ask one of our staff at the Information Counter for the key.
