The Caran d´Ache 849, which is more of a writing utensil than a ballpoint pen, is made in Switzerland and that since 1969. The pen’s refill goes by the name Goliath which is only fitting because, according to the manufacturer, it holds enough ink to fill 600 DIN A4 pages, In addition, its tip is made out of steel with a carbide ball and this assures a very soft and smooth writing action.

The Caran d`Ache 849 is very lightweight and its aluminium barrel is painted with a very durable paint. Both the pushbutton mechanism, whose light easy push is a real joy to activate, and the hardened steel clip are practically indestructible. In addition to all this, the pen has a classic look; the minimalist design includes the typical Caran d`Ache hexagonal barrel.

The bright neon colors of the Profi fabric tape attract attention both in the office and in the workshop. No matter whether you choose yellow, pink, green, blue or orange to bundle, label or mark things: All variants convince with a strong adhesive force and a high initial adhesion. The high-quality tape is open-pored, has a pleasant textile feel and is easy to tear off. So you can simply bring the fabric tape to the desired length by hand.

The through-dyed MDF is not only a different color to conventional brown MDF, it is also more resilient in several respects. Due to the higher density, the homogeneous density profile and the higher quality glue additives, the boards are very easy to mill and even (milled) joints close to the edges tend to break out less. Also due to the glue mixture it contains, through-dyed MDF is more resistant to moisture and does not swell immediately when it comes into contact with water.

Colored MDF is used wherever the material should remain visible, primarily in furniture construction and individual interior design or exhibition stand construction. We recommend oiling the material to make the colors appear even more intense. This makes the colors clearer and brighter and the pale character of the boards disappears. At the same time, much of the original material character is retained.

Light! Light! Light! The acrylic glass GS panes offer you the ideal conditions for light objects and lighting. The plastic made of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) absorbs light over the surface and emits it again over the cut edges. This also applies to milling within the surface, with which impressive effects can be achieved.

To realize your ideas, you can mill, drill, saw, glue and - because acrylic glass is a thermoplastic - also form it under heat. You plan to use the acrylic glass outdoors? No problem, the plastic is not only lightweight and break-resistant, but also weatherproof.

When selecting your light source and lamp design, keep in mind that the maximum operating temperature of the material is between 70 and 80 °C.

The starting point of the wall shelf L is the angle - the L. On this - respectively a pair of steel angles made of square tube - the wall shelf rests. The load capacity of the steel shelf itself is very high for both assembly variants, despite the length. It results from the relatively high sheet thickness and the solid construction. However, the prerequisite for a large load from applied weight such as books in a wall shelf is also the load-bearing capacity of the connection to the wall. The wall shelf L is held to the wall with six screws. In order for these to hold reliably, they usually have to be screwed into dowels selected to match the wall material. Neither dowels nor screws for wall mounting are part of the delivery, because we do not know on which wall you want to mount the wall shelf L. Please choose dowels and screws according to the wall construction and the wall material yourself and get advice in case of doubt in the hardware store.
